This Villa has never before been a rental, and its caring owners have kept it in pristine condition. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite backsplash, and wood floors, while bedrooms feature plush carpeting. With new furnishings, beds, and refreshed amenities, your comfort is guaranteed.

Appreciate the fresh coastal air on the new side deck and upper deck with table and chairs, or on the lower level with a sleeping hammock and additional outdoor living space. There is a 6-passenger cart and a 4-passenger cart for island exploration.

The Bald Head Island Club and Shoals Club operate independently from BHI Vacations, and guest memberships must be purchased directly through each club. Availability varies by home listing, and during the summer season, memberships may sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend securing your club membership as early as possible.

Additionally, the Bald Head Island ferry system is independently operated and not affiliated with BHI Vacations. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we encourage guests to book ferry and tram reservations well in advance.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Kent Mitchell Nature Trail and The Clubs at St. James. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • To find the best value, try changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
