Wood floors in living spaces and bedrooms as well as new ceramic bathroom tiles in 2021. Dining seating for six plus two at the bar, ceiling fans in all living spaces. Screened back porch with bar height chairs, covered front porch with table and chairs. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, new propane grille available and propane grille, landscaped backyard with fire pit, beach cart, beach chairs and plenty of parking. Within 1000ft of Middleton Beach Store and beach access. Modest in-ground pool and lounge area - finished April 2019.

  • June, July, and August are high season in Oak Island. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Some hosts offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
