This second-floor condo is located in Sunset Village, a community with grounds that include two outdoor pools, a tennis court, and grilles for afternoon barbecues. The area is a haven for beach-goers, just six miles from beautiful Sunset Beach and eight miles from gorgeous Ocean Isle Beach (with an assortment of sand toys even included for your beach days). Tee off at one of the famed golf courses in the immediate area or appreciate the shopping and dining options in close by Calabash, North Myrtle Beach, and Shallotte.

With its high ceilings and open, breezy layout, this condo is a joy to return to after a day of family activity. The main living space seamlessly combines a well-equipped kitchen, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room where you can gather in the evenings. Choose one of the supplied board games to set up at the coffee table, pile on the soft sectional to watch movies, or step out onto the balcony for coffee and dessert at sunset.

  • Summer is high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
