Second bedroom also has two double beds, 36 " TV and an attached door to the second bathroom with a shower and tub. Substantial and comfortable great room with two couches (one a pull out couch), recliner, and 42" TV with DVD player. Bright and completely equipped kitchen, counter with three bar stools, and a gorgeous separate eating area that seats 6. Sliding glass doors open to a wrap around patio with an umbrella and table that seats 4. Patio is close to an open courtyard area with a community grille and picnic table. The complex includes a charming outdoor pool and indoor pool, hot tub and a modest workout room. The condo includes bed linens, bath and beach towels, as well as beach chairs and two beach umbrellas. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, Wifi, HD cable service, firestick, and a DVD player. No smoking in the unit and no family pets allowed.
