Finding the best rental value:

  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
