This suite is located on the third floor with a private balcony overlooking our saltwater pool. All condos are charmingly decorated according to our high standards of both comfort and practicality. Two T.V.s are supplied for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that accepts for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the refreshed condo features all the amenities of home. The completely equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are included for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the ideal location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of eateries for dining out, and a local grocery store. Once you are here, you can park your car and relax. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor.

PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. No additional passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars will need to park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI and linens, including all linens + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

DISCLAIMER: The common areas of Summer Sands are equipped with security cameras; this does include the area of the community swimming pool.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $25/nighttime per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

  • To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Brunswick area area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on local accommodations and attractions.

  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible online. Otherwise, email or call the property management company before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds.
  • Visiting for a single attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
  • Do your family pets travel with you? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or applied to your contract.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of problems.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
