Get a breath of fresh ocean air from the comfort of a private master balcony, complete with a striking crows nest view of the surrounding location. Area activities include surfing, swimming, body boarding, fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Plus, youre just 1 block from Lake Park Boulevard, making access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment a breeze!

LIVING AREA

An open living area features sleek wood floors, modern furnishings and decor, and balcony access. Gather on a plush sectional, and watch favorite shows on a 50 flat-screen TV. Theres also an intimate table for two.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen features black granite countertops and a convenient kitchen island with seating for two. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, crockpot, and an electric range. When its time to eat, a formal dining area seats four.

BED & BATH

Retire to a peaceful master suite furnished with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Step onto the private master balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second guest room contains a full-size bed and a sliding glass door that can be opened to allow in the fresh ocean air.

In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds and a flat-screen TV, and the fourth guest room has a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

Freshen up in a second guest bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower or a third guest bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is outfitted with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
