You can store all your beach gear and toys. The first of five bedrooms is on the ground level: twin over twin bunk bed with a wall mounted TV and private full bathroom with walk in shower. From here you may use the upsized elevator or solid oak stairs to arrive in the bedroom level where you will find one of the two primary suites with its own private, covered deck, a humongous double vanity area, walk-in shower, and bespoke closet. This floor also offers two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a shared full bathroom. The next level up from here is the main living area, which is really sensational! The space is filled with natural light and features a kitchen like no other offering a propane gas range w/ downdraft on a grandiose, quartz island, cabinetry to the ceiling with bespoke under cabinet and toe-kick lighting, walk-in pantry and more! The dining area is well-positioned with ocean vistas and flows generously into the roomy living room with plenty of comfortable seating for everybody.
