**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Supervision Required: Kids must be supervised at all times when on the decks.
Railings & Open Spaces: While the decks have secure railings, modest kids should not lean, climb, or play near the edges.
Weather Awareness: Please use caution during high winds or rain, as surfaces may become slippery.
No Climbing: The rooftop deck is for leisure use only—climbing on railings, furnishings, or structures is stringently prohibited.
Secure Gates/Doors: If traveling with kids, please ensure all exterior doors leading to the decks are securely closed when not in use.

The Intracoastal Waterway is trendy for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.
