Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Brunswick area vacation property experience:

Find your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To get the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
