River's Edge 223 is a top-floor corner unit with a private balcony and handsome vistas of the Cape Fear River and intercoastal waterway—tons of natural light and plenty of windows. The room has a King Size bed, loveseat, bistro table, and desk/workspace. A 5' credenza with eight drawers, a cabinet with twoshelves, and two nightstands with twodrawers each for storage. One closet can also be used for additional linens and pantry items.

The compact- full kitchen has granite tops, a deep sink, 2 Burnercooktop, a 13" convection oven/air fryer, a full-sized, stainless-steel microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is entirely loaded. Complete dishes, glasses, silverware, stainless pots and pans, blender, mixer, Keurig, Automatic Drip, Espresso maker, French press, pour-over, Electric Teapot, Toaster, and assorted Barware, along with most any kitchen gadget you can imagine, see pics.

The bathroom has a 5' walk-in shower with a glass door, a vanity has granite tops and a enormous mirror, magnifying mirror, a hair dryer, towel drying bar in the shower.

This condotel has a Keyless Intelligent Lock entry, well-lit Free Parking, Free Wi-Fi, an elevator, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a sandy coastal river beach. outdoor calming area by the pool, with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs.

Your private balcony faces southwest down the Fear River, where you can see two lighthouses and gorgeous sunset vistas. Balcony has 2 teak chairs and a modest table. This way, you can be on vacation when you leave work.

This great space is only 1/4 mile (Walking distance) from the beautiful downtown Southport, NC. and 1 mile (Biking / Walking distance) from Dosher Memorial Hospital.
