Recently remodeled Oceanview Beach House that's only a 10-second walk to the beach access and a 2-min. walk to the waterway from our driveway!!! We're located on a well-known Wrightsville Beach street between Johnny Mercer's Pier and Robert's Grocery/Wings/Trolly Stop (3 blocks away).

Accepting Saturday to Saturday bookings from Memorial Day to Labor Day; no less than 3 day bookings otherwise.

PROVIDED: WIFI, Intelligent TVs, Standup PACMAN Arcade (12 games supplied like Galaga and Digdug), Regulation Foosball Table, Chess and other board games, two washers and dryers (located 3rd floor and downstairs), professional cleaning, entirely outfitted kitchen, starter paper goods, shampoo, soap and home linens (including all linens + bath and beach towels). Linens are supplied with all weekly units.

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding. Traveling with kids? Consider South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
