Located on the peaceful east end of Holden Beach, this home offers spectacular vistas of the ocean, dunes and inlet. A variety of porches and an upper deck, “catwalk” invite you to relax and take in the scenery surrounding this pretty home, sitting high among the palms. Convenient beach access is just a short walk up Dunescape Drive to the short dune crossing (15-30 second walk). This unique 2nd row home offers better vistas than some homes that are directly oceanfront! This bright and modern property welcomes you with gleaming wood floor in a huge first level living & gathering area featuring a enormous window seat overlooking the Atlantic. On this floor you will find a pull out Queen size sleeper couch located in the living area. Also, on this level you will find two gorgeously appointed bedrooms, ceramic tile bath and full laundry room.
