4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach bungalow on stilts, very conveniently located just across from Ocean Crest Pier and has handsome ocean vistas and simple beach access! 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds and a pull out queen couch make this home great for a family vacation. Sleeps 12 total! Outdoor shower with hot water accepts you to keep the home clean of sand for your stay! NOTE: Linens are supplied starting January 1, 2021!

Stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, giant front balcony for appreciating the view! Parking under the home and in the back of home for the full family. Gated area for family pets to be outside as well as gated front balcony for kids and pets. Open living space combo kitchen and dining for great vistas of the ocean! Beach access is three doors down!

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Oak Island. To find the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses.   • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
