  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
