This brick ranch home is located in a peaceful neighborhood only 6 miles from Wrightsville Beach. Savor all that Wilmington and surrounding beaches have to offer and come back to the getaway and relax.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom contains a queen bed.

Unwind on the back patio or inside on the enormous couch. Grab a book to read, savor playing cards, or Clue.

Our kitchen is completely outfitted with all of the cookware, silverware, cutlery, and drinkware you will need. The dining room has a table that can seat 6.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer with detergent supplied. The linen closet contains towels, wash cloths, and a few beach towels.

The home is conveniently located with simple access to many eateries and shopping.


Notes: There is a locked closet off the main bedroom and the garage is locked. Dogs live in this home and as much as we try our best to remove all traces, there occasionally may be remnants of our fluffy friends about. Therefore, if you are allergic to dogs this home may not be for you. We are also close to the coast and the backyard is wooded and there may occasionally be pests or spiders that make their way into the home. The home was constructed in the 1970s, although refreshed, the plumbing is sensitive.
This is our home, so please treat it as if it were yours as well.

Wrightsville Beach Museum of History and Cape Fear Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Eagle Point Golf Club.   • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review.
