Our newly refreshed building is oceanfront and walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, stores and eateries. We have a new elevator, new balconies, refurbished pool area and brand new interiors. Our unit has TVs in the livingroom and all 3 bedrooms, WiFi and new appliances, new hot water tank, new A/C, and new kitchen and bathrooms.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
