Our freshly modernized building is oceanfront and walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, stores and eateries. We have a new elevator, new balconies, refurbished pool area and brand new interiors. Our unit has TVs in the livingroom and all 3 bedrooms, WiFi and new appliances, new hot water tank, new A/C, and new kitchen and bathrooms.

Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.
