Entirely equipped kitchen, laundry room, and roomy living room with queen fold out sleeper couch. Intelligent TV with Roku in living room, with high speed WiFi. Screen porch attached for your morning coffee or evening wine. One car garage with 2 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs, and a kayak supplied for use. A short drive to Ocean Isle, or a bicycle ride or golf cart trip (available for rent close by) from Sunset Beach. Eateries, drug stores, groceries and boat landings close by. Living room has foldout couch for additional guest if needed.
