This home in a peaceful neighborhood that's still close to everything, has a fenced in yard for family pets (with doggie door)!
Located on the mainland between Sunset Beach (3 mins.) and Ocean Isle Beach (5 mins.), just one block from the Intracoastal waterway.

This home is ideal for some calming after a day of fun at the beach, or the excitement of all the attractions at Myrtle Beach (just over half an hour away). Only a few blocks from the supermarket, eateries, shopping, and attractions.

There are 3 bedrooms,. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed , and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also an upstairs family room with a futon that can pull out for additional sleeping or that can be used for an office.
There are 2 full bathrooms. One downstairs, one upstairs.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Lock your rental while you're out. Protect your property!
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to inspire more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
