*Our unit is not handicap accessible. There are two short flights of stairs to access our unit. Please know you do have to walk up steps. Once inside, the unit is one floor.
*This is a condo, meaning common areas such as the backyard, breezeway, and widow's peak are shared. Areas that are not shared include: the unit itself, the driveway, the storage room, and the outside shower.
*The building is comprised of 2 units. One unit is ours and the upstairs unit is also a rental, but it is owned by someone else entirely.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
