The cavernous 3-bedroom/2 bath unit has a king bed, a TV, and private bathroom in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There's also a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has been refreshed with new appliances and was redone to allow a better flow throughout the living space.

Pelican Watch also offers guests an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, private beach access, and an area to grille and picnic. This is a excellent location near stores, eateries, the Carolina Beach Board Walk, and the Lake. It is a place the entire family will savor and want to visit year after year.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum.   • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
