One of the few rental homes in the exclusive Palmetto Cove neighborhood, with access to the close by neighborhood dock for fishing and crabbing. The new owners have loaded this home with plenty of sleeping options for up to 12 people. They've flipped the master bedrooms so the entire second floor can be used as the kids dormitory with bunk beds, trundles, games and movies. Ideal for two families to share, with two master bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bath. But even with so many sleeping options, the home doesn't seem busy. There's plenty of room for everybody and the two-story ceiling in the cavernous living room makes the home seem even roomier. Located on a half-acre lot in Palmetto Cove, it's just a fast jaunt to the close by Maritime Market and stores.
So, bring some fighing poles and crab traps and wander down to the dock at the end of the street and catch some dinner.

  • Summer months are high season in Bald Head Island. To book the best rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).   • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
