Stroll downstairs to the beach and the ocean or appreciate the view from the home's multiple oceanfront decks! Savor morning coffee and watch the sunrise from a comfortable deck chair or sip evening beverages while calming in the hot tub! Leisurely prepare and gather in the roomy open floor plan, which joins living area, dining area, wet bar and kitchen into the ideal entertaining space. Excellent flow accepts huge groups to gather comfortably both inside and outside, including a sizable deck with a gas grille for outdoor cooking and expansive water vistas. Seating for 10-12+ in the dining and kitchen bar areas. Decks offer both covered and open outdoor spaces in case of cloudy skies or too much sun. Parking instructions:
Plenty of parking for at least six cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also supplied for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

*Please note this property only accepts dogs under 35lbs* min. of 2 dogs allowed. Under 35 lbs only: Pet fee is $50/day or $350/week per dog, plus tax.

The pet fee is $50/day or $350/week per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-returnable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet max. policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Animals must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
