The entryway has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and bags to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds that is ideal for kids. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your anxiety away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an broad walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access.

Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grille and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you savor the gorgeous weather in the back yard. The carport runs the length of the building and can comfortably accommodate 4 cars. While the elevator services all floors of the home it does not have enough clearance for most motorized chairs or wheelchairs- please contact our office directly before booking if you or your event have special requirements. There are two exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior doors for added security. This property does not allow smoking, family pets, or events.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located in the driveway facing the street, driveway facing the home and rear stairs facing the door.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
