May Day 103 is Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean vistas overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Entirely equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Unwind and relax on your balcony with vistas of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Located in Wrightsville Beach, this condo is on the beach. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wrightsville SUP and Children's Museum of Wilmington. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting. Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.

  • Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
