As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. To book the largest rental within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
