Come savor your vacation in our freshly listed 2br/2-ba condo in a striking gated community on the North End of Pleasure Island, close to a marina! This community offers extraordinary amenities, such as a pool with a hottub, tennis courts, kayak launch, charcoal grille picnic area, and a PRIVATE walkway that takes you directly to Freeman Park! Resort-style living at its best!
The condo is a 3rd-floor unit ( no elevator)., with vistas of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The bright floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideal for family gatherings. The living room will lead you out to the deck where you can appreciate your morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
Cooking will be a breeze in our entirely-supplied kitchen (pots, pans, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, serving dishes, and other basic essentials). At the end of the day, you will get a great nighttime of sleep in the comfortable bedrooms with quality beds and linens. All linens will be supplied for you.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium.
