For those who adore getting out on the water, you'll find the ideal spot to launch kayaks and standup paddleboards on the same street (about 1.5 blocks away). Plus, you're only mins. from The Pointe and Lonerider, OKI's newest brewery and restaurant. There's even an outdoor shower.

The open floor plan inside is cavernous and exudes coastal appeal — from the vaulted ceilings, decor, and refreshed kitchen! The living space features a plush couch and chairs for calming and snuggling up to watch your favorite shows or movies on the huge flatscreen TV. A few steps away is the modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal. Highlights include a charming butcher block countertop, a bespoke tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
