This is a first floor condo with a covered balcony deck facing the ocean. You will have assigned covered parking for two cars. This unit has two bedrooms and two full private baths with combination tub and shower.. This unit sleeps up to six people. This condo has had a major makeover this summer and I just placed it on the rental market on August 7, 2021. We just installed three new intelligent tv's . We are located just south of the town and boardwalk and amusement area. It is only a 10 min. walk to the boardwalk. No need to move your car and pay for expensive parking!!!The lake is only a two min. walk. Appreciate the 2/3 mile path around the lake for exercise, and the many events held at the lake every month during the warm season.
