The natural light from the sliding glass door entry shows off the brand new LVP floor, vaulted ceilings, a handsome new kitchen with tiled backsplash and a tiled tub/shower combo! Savor breakfast on the upsized front deck, then relax and make memories around the private fire pit in the back yard at nighttime.
And did we mention the location? You'll be right in the middle of everything! Direct beach access (.8 miles, 10 min. walk), close to Publix, the splash pad at Middleton Park, and just 3 blocks from the Oak Island Nature Center.
We're beach bums ourselves so every detail has been thought of: linens, beach chairs, bicycle cruisers and body boards are included at no cost.
Adore to fish? Bring your boat, there is plenty of parking!
