Look no further than Jimmy’s Hideaway #131, a Landmark Vacation Units home, to experience that heavenly beach hideaway you’ve always dreamed of. Located on Wrightsville Beach’s Harbor Island, this waterfront home combines beautiful Banks Channel vistas with an refreshed sense of coastal refinement to create heaven on earth. This opulent home offers 5 appointed guest bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms that offer an fresh sophistication within a casual soundside serenity. A private boat dock provides deep water access and a mini beach where guests can savor playing in the water, soaking up the sun, fishing, or paddleboarding. Blissful outdoor spaces await guests with broad elevated decks accompanied by extravagant outdoor furnishings and a gas tabletop fire pit. After a long day on the water, relax by soaking in the private hot tub. Bring your four-legged family member and let them run and play in the fenced-in backyard (an additional non-returnable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a max. of two dogs allowed). Walk to the public beach access down the street or to one of Wrightsville’s many amazing eateries, bars, stores, or park. There is a Traeger Grille available for the guests' use.

Inside, this marvelously updated home has an open-floor plan living area with wood floor throughout and windows spanning the space that allow you to soak in the coastal scenery from any vantage point. Guests will enter through the ground floor where there are two doors leading to each garage. Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a charmingly updated gourmet kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker ideal for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and bespoke constructed-ins surrounding a flat-screen Intelligent TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling vistas of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, a Intelligent TV, and deck access to the front of the home. A hall bathroom is shared between this bedroom and the main living area.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, Intelligent TV, private deck access with sound vistas, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a hottub tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and another room with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet.

On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept additional area great for the kids to spread out. This loft area features a foosball table, games, Intelligent TV, and comfortable couch seating. This space also features a full bathroom, and a wet bar with sink, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. Around the corner from the TV is a sleeping nook with a constructed-in twin over queen sized bunk bed and an additional twin bed. There is plenty of cabinet storage located beside the bunk. This open and cavernous entertainment area offers the ideal space for kids to sleep and hangout. A top level deck is accessible for guests to sunbathe or appreciate a birds eye’s sunset over Banks Channel.

There are two full length garages on either side of the home which provide plenty of parking, an additional refrigerator, and additional storage. For entertainment, high-speed internet and 5 Intelligent TVs for steaming are included.

Linens are supplied with your stay and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. Note: top bunk beds are not made.
