The Jasmine House is a striking classic beach bungalow. Centrally located in Wrightsville Beach, the home is just a short walk from both the famed Johnnie Mercer pier, and the bustling downtown stores and eateries on the island!

The lower level of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The home sleeps 6 people comfortably, and has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need during your stay, and the backyard also has sitting areas for get together and is a terrific place to watch our fabulous sunsets.

Just 3 homes down you will find the public sound access that is a ideal put in spot for kayaks or stand up paddle boards. One block in the other direction you will find yourself standing at the beach access!

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Mayfaire Town Center and The Cotton Exchange. South End Surf Shop and New Hanover County Arboretum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the best rental value:

  • Summer time is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Book your Brunswick area rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation.
