For convenience, there is a refrigerator and commercial ice maker in the garage area. Inside, the inverted floor plan accepts for phenomenal coastal vistas from the main living area, kitchen and common space. Savor preparing meals in the alluring modernized kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a second dishwasher and seating at the huge kitchen island. There is also seating for 10 at the dining room table. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The natural light and well-appointed modern decor makes for the ideal coastal hideaway!

The home provides a residential, passenger elevator for your use to make unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow the posted rules.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach.
