Are you looking for a peaceful place to relax and get away? If so, you will savor our two bedroom two bathroom condo in the handsome neighborhood of Sea Trail. We are 1.5 miles from Sunset Beach and 3.5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach. Each bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom. There is a huge roomy living room/dining room combination with a desk area in the main part of the condo. The unit has a sizable screened in porch overlooking one of three golf courses in the community. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Outside of the unit is a pool just for the owners and visitors of The Champions subdivision with a grille and picnic tables. There is plenty of parking and common areas to walk your dog. Grocery stores and good eateries close by. A new restaurant has opened, Bistro 55, in the Convention Center which is walking distance from our condo. Our unit is pet friendly with a fee.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island. Planet Fun and Molten Mountain are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, motor boating, and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Finding the best rental value:

  • Summertime is high season in Sunset Beach. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.

  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective.
