Come and "Sea" us right in the heart of Bald Head Island Marina at this four bedroom four and a half bath home! This home has a reverse floor plan which is made to appreciate the handsome water vistas in the harbor. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds with their own bathrooms. The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little getaway that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to savor the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking pretty sunsets. Get the most from your rental home budget:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
