Fishy Fishy is a 4 BR 2 BA home in Yaupon area facing Oak Island Pier and the 801 Event Center. It has roomy back yard with deck with plenty of seating, a fire pit, picnic table, an outdoor shower and modest outdoor utility sink fish cleaning station.

This home sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Medium Firm Memory Foam Queen Mattresses and bed frames.

Keyless door lock entry provides simple access to this NON-SMOKING and PET-COMPLIMENTARY home.

Rental includes 5 Google Intelligent TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a completely equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos throughout.

Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent included.

This is home is conveniently located walking distance to Oak Island Pier, Ruby's Cafe, Koko Cabana, and Lazy Turtle Bar and Grille. It is walking/driving distance to Swain's, Tipsy Tuna, Shagger Jacks, Grape & Ale, Second Wind and more!

Fishy Fishy is within walking distance to Yaupon Oak Island Pier where you can fish, rent rods, purchase bait, walk the pier, or dine at Koko Cabana or Ruby's Cafe.

Fishy Fishy is a duplex home. This lower-level unit is a sizable 4BR 2.5BA. Freshly refreshed in summer 2024. Located across the street from Oak Island (Yaupon) Pier and 801 Event Center - you can walk to the ocean and Oak Island Pier from the home. You can be at the Pier, eateries, bar, coffee shop and the ocean by just crossing the street. Ideal location if you want to have everything in walking distance.

Grand outside deck with outside shower and fish cleaning station. 4 huge bedrooms with queen size memory foam beds and TVs in every room. Enormous living area that's great for entertaining your family while at the beach. All appliances are brand new as well.

There is a separate upstairs 3-bedroom unit that's available to rent as well. If you want a separate living space from the rest of your guest or if you want to bring even more family and friends, then we can accommodate if it is available. This unit is currently not on the rental market so message us if this interest you.

Both the lower level and upstairs units of this duplex home have separate parking areas, entrances' and enormous outside decks. There is a common outside shower that has hot and cold water. The lower unit has private parking in front of the home and deck in the rear of the home. The upper unit has parking to the side of the home and decking above in the front.

You will appreciate this location and this freshly modernized property next to the beach and all the action.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Franklin Square Gallery and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
