Recently refreshed and charmingly decorated with a coastal ambience, this 1 1/2 story home offers a carefree and calming ambiance for your beach escape! The striking wood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and bespoke fixtures provide a classy flare to a comfortable home. An open floor plan with cozy seating, well-equipped kitchen, and a enchanting porch, partially screened-in, offers plenty of space for entertaining family and friends after a day of sun and fun.

This luxury home will delight you! It is located on a concrete-walled canal, with its own boat dock that offers a fish cleaning station. The canal is an simple access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. There are many waterfront eateries a short boat ride away. Boats, kayaks and jet skis can be rented close by, if you do not own your own. You may fish and crab right off your private dock!
