The primary suite, bathed in luxury with a king bed, double sink vanity and a tiled shower, features direct access to the back deck and its gorgeous vistas. Upstairs, a queen bedroom awaits with a private bathroom and a door leading to the deck. The connected crofter homes another queen bed with a well-appointed bathroom. The third floor, an idyllic space for the kids, features two twin-bedded rooms and a shared bathroom. The home also offers a additional living area on the third floor with balcony access for an unobstructed view of the photogenic surroundings. And to make your stay even more delightful, two golf carts are available for island exploration. Plus, you can gain access to the BHI Club and Shoals Club for a separate fee.

• Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, shift your family's Brunswick area vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
