You'll adore the spectacular ocean vistas and the second-floor game room in this freshly remodeled four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath oceanfront home right on the beach and with all the space and privacy you need for a fun vacation with friends and family. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with two with king beds and one with two twin beds. This home offers central air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, an ice maker, color cable TVs, a VCR, DVD players, complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include three covered porches, a sundeck oceanside attached to a covered porch, a covered entrance, an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, parking underneath the home, and a private walkway to the beach with a sundeck. How to get the best value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To find the largest rental for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
