At 1900 square feet, 500 sq ft bigger than the other units, this end unit offers 10 ft ceilings, 4 new TV’s, with Blu-ray players available for your enjoyment. The kitchen features new appliances and a breakfast area in addition to the main dining area. The living room furnishings has been upgraded, and this unit is positioned directly behind a shining oceanfront pool. The pool and ocean vistas offer memorable scenes from the front balcony and broad marsh vistas from the side balcony. The upsized master suite has a sizable master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Appreciate afternoon drinks at the wet bar or a game of tennis at the on-site court. When to book a Brunswick area rental home & When to go:

  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
