This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is located on the 4th floor and offers exceptional ocean vistas. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen size bed. The two guest bedrooms are on the marsh side; one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. These two guest bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.   • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
