This condo has been refreshed to feature granite countertops, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, and an updated Primary Bedroom Suite. Two comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom. A fabulous vacation spot near all the best Carolina Beach attractions!
Please note: the Sea Colony Pool is closed for the winter after October 1, 2024.

Long known as an economical Oceanfront Community, Sea Colony offers one of the most roomy and lush grounds you will find in any other Oceanfront complex and features a charming oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. Sliding glass doors with a full front window wall create indoor-outdoor living space in the family room. You will adore spending time on the sizable 9x15 balcony while you feast your eyes on the impressive Atlantic Ocean. Appreciate the community gazebo, oceanfront pool, and amazing landscaping with broad green lawns. The location has painless access on and off the island, avoiding heavy season traffic by using Dow Rd. Ample-lighted parking for 2 cars in the parking area requires a entirely displayed parking pass at all times. The HOA does check frequently during the season to protect your right to park there as a guest. Vehicles not displaying a pass will be towed.

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

 Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient way to navigate the island. Annual off-season events include the Cape Fear Kite Festival, Christmas by the Sea, and the Island of Lights Festival.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach and Halyburton Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
