This comfortable, gorgeously decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a great location on the North end of the island. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a full size bed, and the second guest bedroom has two twins ( day bed with a trundle). With this rental, the beach is just a short walk away, as well as a pool and tennis court on-site. You will have everything you need for a calming get away!

Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Summer months are high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
