There is an ocean front balcony off the living room, ocean and sound vistas from the dining room, and a sound front balcony off the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, the sound front guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the sound front master bedroom has a king bed and a full private bathroom. There is a full hall bathroom shared by the two guest bedrooms.

Station One is located in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach and has community pool, tennis, and basketball courts.
