The Space:

The cavernous king master suite offers a full ensuite with a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms provide ample space: one with a queen bed and TV, and the other a bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and a standard bunk bed, accommodating up to 5. These rooms share a conveniently located full bath, and a walk-in laundry room with constructed-in cabinets completes the interior.

After a day at the beach, getaway to your private backyard getaway featuring a pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Unwind in the hot tub from 6pm-midnight daily, and the pool can be heated by advance request for $75/nighttime or $500/week. The hot tub will turn on automatically from 6pm-midnight every evening.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.
