The washing machine and dryer are on the ground level of the home and accessible only through the garage on the outside of the property. There are no interconnecting stairs inside the garage to the home; only outside stairs. A charcoal Weber grille and an outdoor shower are also supplied. Occupancy is set at 8. This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.
