Two of the three bedrooms have direct deck access, which overlooks the marina and features a sizable hot tub for soaking and appreciating a sunset over the Harbour. The second level entertains a unique and well-outfitted kitchen, dining area, and open living spaces with ample seating and additional deck. The third level is a loft office with private deck that has the BEST vistas that the Harbour can offer! Only a block walk to the beach. Right in the heart of Harbour Village, BluStar is in close proximity to fine eateries, Old Baldy Lighthouse, kayak and amenities units, the event tent, and anything you could want for playing on Bald Head Island. IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kure Beach and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer months are high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
• Find a copy of your local Brunswick area visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides contain coupons for local accommodations, restaurants and tours.

• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
