New to the Hobbs Realty program and new to the rental market, this freshly refreshed boulevard home is the Totally Decked Out and the total package for your next vacation. This island home sits on the calming marsh and is equipped with tons of decking. Dine al fresco on the enormous screened-in deck complete with a TV for entertainment and coastal vistas! Unwind with the island breezes and appreciate all that Holden Beach has to offer. The public beach access is just a short walk East of the home at 567 OBW. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. On the first level, there is one bedroom and bathroom along with the kitchen and living room areas. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

There is definitely no smoking allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 12.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
