This rental is accessed by a keyless door code specific to each guests' stay. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property I am happy to assist upon booking.

Other things to note:
2 parking passes will be included and must be displayed in the rearview mirror of your car.

We bought this property in 2024 and appreciate Carolina Beach so much! We are new to Vacation Rental By Owner and will be self managed. We want to make a great impression and will be very happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay ensuring that you have the best vacation possible. Some of our favorite eateries are Havana's, The Dive Food & Spirits, Island Burgers and Bites, and SeaWitch Cafe & Tiki Bar, which we appreciate walking to. We look forward to you appreciating our slice of heaven just as much as we have so far.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
