"Captain's Cabin" is a unique and inviting 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, second row coastal getaway. Savor glistening vistas of the Atlantic ocean from the upper balcony, with a public beach access just steps away. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower equipped with with hot & cold water. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the living room, dining room & kitchen combination is the ideal space for making home cooked meals and entertaining! The master bedroom offers a king size bed, tv and shared bath with an ocean view. Bedroom #2 offers 2 full size beds, tv and shared bath. Bedroom #3 offers a queen size bed, tv and a private full bath. Other amenities include washer & dryer, dishwasher, and an assortment of toys, games and DVDs.
To accommodate the youngest guests, a pack and play crib/bassinet, two step stools and a potty seat is also included.

Finding your best deal:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Some hosts offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peace. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
